This home was built in 2015 by my team and I. I was called by the owners of the property to build a home while still accomodating their pricing needs. The house sits on two acres of land. RHL Contracting was asked about the most durable glass for windows. I gave them the names and prices of different companies’ products but recommended RHL Stainless Glass because is high quality. We offered the client a special line of doors that were made to reduce air loss, increase energy savings, and used for flood pervention. Inside of the house you are looking at a 6 bedroom, 5 bath, 1 half bath home. The master bedroom is 20×24 and the rest of the bedrooms are 18×18. A pool was added to the back yard and it runs 8 feet deep with a basketball hoop. The garage can hold up to 3 cars and the driveway can hold 4 cars.

RHL Contracting can do any job asked of it, if it’s reasonable costwise. We took this small studio  apartment and turned it in to a more efficient apartment. When constructing there was confilct on how much light was being let in due to smaller windows. The carpenter that we hired for this job cut the windows an extra foot an a half high and made it so there are more windows and way more internal light. With the flooring we ripped out all carpet and used wooden flooring. The design we used for the flooring was a jig saw type design. The paint on the walls we used to make sure the lighting wouldn’t bounce off and give any unnecessary glare around the room was RHL produced. The design was an open floor plan.
